My favorite activity

Compare the best and worst composition

In this semester we have different activities to improve our ability to write different compositions. In this semester a write more compositions than the last semester, but the problem I have a lot of mistakes, especially in my favorite quote composition Executive Function, and the problem was just the quote, because I don’t really wrote a real quote because first of all I didn’t understand what’s the composition about in that moment, that’s why all my composition was wrong, so that’s why I considerate that my worst composition in the semester, and comparing that with my best composition was exactly the same composition about my favorite quote but corrected , because a change the quote for one which really exist from one of my favorite movies Pulp Fiction, a quote from one character Mia Wallace (Uma Thurman), and I really enjoy when I did this composition when I see my mistakes and when someone explain what I have to do I really did a great job talking about something what I really like it.

My Values Justification

Respect: 

Is an important way to have the same attention when we say something, if you want the people accept your ideas and t don't criticize you, because all the people have different ways to see the world, no one is superior, we have to see each other person like someone who have the same opportunities, abilities that’s why we have to treat as equals.

Tolerance: 

It’s an important value because you have to understand what the other people think about something, we have to accept that, everybody is different socially, ethically, and in aspect, all the people look different, it’s important to accept how the people think, because you want the same, you expect that form the other people about your ideas or something like that.

Solidarity: 

It’s important to be someone good in your life, you don’t do that with your words, you do with your actions, that talks about you, that’s why you have to do something like help, support and be empathic with other people, someone who need that help as a friends, a classmate, a parent, or just someone who you didn’t know but need that help, that’s make you grow up as a person.

Gratitude: 

It’s a really important value, because all of us have to be grateful about all the things that we have, and because sometimes we don’t appreciate that, we don’t appreciate when someone help us like our parents or friends who are important in life and make feel better when we have a problem or we need them.

Sincerity:

It’s so important to be honest, to say the true when is really difficult to say sometimes, for example when you did something bad or made a mistake, a lot of people lie about it, and eventually no one believe a liar, sometimes we say lies for good, but that’s not good, because with the truth we can trust others.

Answers:

I think that the most important lesson what I learned is the redaction, because we made a lot of exercises and that help me to improve. From the book we read many interesting story’s I didn't know. In this semester I did better my activities and presentations, and I try to do my best to do an excellent work.

Although I’m good at redaction, I still need to improve and practice more my redaction.

In my study habits I apply new ways to ease and practice the grammar rules.

Besides of my English course, I'm also taking extra classes at the "CCU" on Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00 pm. To remember my progress in English, I think it’s necessary to tale another extra English course or keep practicing by myself. To graduate from the Tec de Monterrey is required the English language because with the globalization know English its necessary to get a job, the importance of English is such that is not considered as an extra language.

If someone just graduated is looking for a job, the possibilities to get it increase with the knowledge of the English language. I think it’s necessary to learn a different language after English, like Russian, which is a language what I want to learn later. If I move to another place where English was the only way to communicate, I guess I can do that and communicate with others normally. In this class I met really nice people who helped me with the course activities that I needed and I hope to keep in contact with them.
